Through guided meditation, sound bowl healing, reflection and supportive conversation, we will create a sacred and nurturing space to breathe, feel, release, reconnect and simply be. You don’t have to have the answers. You don’t have to know when your journey will lead you to your baby. You are simply invited to come as you are, and to allow yourself to be held in this space with community.
