EVENT REGISTRATIONS
A full body reset using intentional movement, breathwork, sound & vibration to stimulate lymphatic flow & activate your parasympathetic nervous system. This experience incorporates Himalayan sound bowls placed on the body, allowing vibration to penetrate deeply into the tissues-supporting circulation, releasing tension, & guiding the body into a state of restoration & flow.
