(HYBRID EVENT) Workshop 1: The foundation of fertility: understanding your body’s hormones and nervous system.

Join us for the first gathering of our 6-month fertility and women’s wellness series — a space created for women desiring deeper support, connection, education, and healing throughout their fertility journey.

For this opening workshop, we’ll be joined by special guest Dr. Suzanne Tang, who will also be attending select workshops throughout the series, sharing her wisdom around fertility, endometriosis, hormone balance, acupuncture, and holistic women’s health.

Together, we’ll explore the foundations of fertility through a gentle mind-body approach, including nervous system regulation, stress, cycle awareness, and ways to support the body with more compassion and understanding.

This evening will also include guided meditation, emotional processing, and supportive conversation to help you feel more grounded, connected, and held within your journey.

Bio: With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I am a licensed therapist, coach, and energy healer passionate about supporting individuals and couples through the deeply transformative journeys of fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. My work blends traditional therapeutic approaches with holistic healing modalities, including mindfulness, guided meditation, nervous system support, and energy healing, creating a space where you can feel emotionally held, empowered, and truly seen.

As someone who knows how deeply challenging these paths can be, I hold each person with gentleness whether it is fertility, a loss, pregnancy, or postpartum challenges they are working through. Each person will be held in a safe, and conscious space. Opening doors of conversation, providing healing, and tools around each stage, to ensure you and your partner are prepared, and connected to truth in yourselves, in your marriage, and in your own mission as a growing family. Creating an environment that holds truth, compassion, and pure love. Assisting in clearing the blocks preventing pregnancy, processing shifts in identity, coping through pregnancy anxiety and first time parenthood stressors, and the emotionally and physically stretching of postpartum and having a newborn, or infant in your home. Tapping each partner into their intuition, and releasing old beliefs and systems that no longer work for the growing family unit, learning to adapt, release and surrender to the new family unit and learn to work as a team and find time for self care.

Through therapy, coaching, and holistic healing practices, my intention is to help individuals and couples feel more supported, connected, and empowered throughout every stage of their journey.
